With over 39 years in the trenches of marriage, raising a large family, and working, I have a vast array of experience in almost every age and every stage of life. From toddlers to teenagers, young adults to aging parents, I understand that life can be hard, relationships can be painful, and stress can be overwhelming. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, strength-based and person-centered therapy is my focus. My professional experience includes working with survivors of interpersonal and sexual violence, adoption, family systems, parenting, as well as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am also an EMDRIA certified EMDR Therapist.
